Joseph is an Associate Consultant at MIDIOR. With a background in customer relations, Joseph has the ability to establish rapport and elicit insights to inform MIDIOR engagements from research projects to requirements initiatives. Prior to joining MIDIOR, Joseph was an adjuster at Sentry Insurance. In this role he delegated benefit payouts, analyzed potential liability on behalf of the employer and ultimately reconciled claims, all the while mitigating costs. Joseph is a University of Massachusetts graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. If you get Joseph started on politics be prepared for a lively debate. He represented the City of Lowell as a Delegate in the 2014 political convention and has been an active volunteer on several political campaigns. Outside of work Joseph is practicing for his debut on MasterChef and enjoys whipping up culinary delights for his friends and family.
