If you're like me, turning over the first page of a new calendar always invites hope for the days ahead and a renewed determination to be the best we can be. 2020 was certainly one of the most challenging years any of us have faced in our lifetimes and as we enter 2021, I think it's safe to say that we are all ready for a brand new year full of promise and possibilities. With a strong focus on professional and team development in 2020, including our company-wide participation in the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training program, MIDIOR enters the new year poised to build on our accomplishments and take the important work that we have done with our clients and professional/non-profit organizations to the next level.

Despite the obvious challenges created by the pandemic, MIDIOR was fortunate in 2020 to continue to support many of the non-profit organizations that we hold near and dear to our hearts, including a meaningful in-person volunteer opportunity at Cradles to Crayons just prior to the initial shutdown last March. We understand that now more than ever these groups need our help and we would like to recognize each of them for all they have been able to achieve and contribute to their respective communities during these difficult times.
