Susan Loconto Penta to Teach Services Innovation Class at Brown Brothers Harriman
Services Innovation and Management course is part of the Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business Graduate Program
Cambridge, MA - - April 25, 2013 - - Beginning today, Susan Loconto Penta, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MIDIOR Consulting, will teach a 10-week course to a cross-functional group of professionals and managers from Brown Brothers Harriman. The Services Innovation and Management course is part of an onsite Graduate Certificate of Advanced Study in Management program offered through Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. For the past 12 years, Susan has served as an Executive Professor on the adjunct faculty at the D’Amore-McKim School, where she teaches graduate courses in entrepreneurship and innovation.

The curriculum will cover topics including: • Opportunity analysis and market segmentation • Products, platforms and innovative solutions • Competition, positioning, pricing and selling • Funding, financial modeling and business cases • People, teams and innovation culture
The Services Innovation and Management course is one of four courses selected by Brown Brothers Harriman. Upon completion of the courses, participants will earn a Graduate Certificate for Advanced Study in Management from the D’Amore-McKim School. Classes are held onsite in Boston. Managers from the firm’s New York, New Jersey and Colorado offices also participate via video conference.
