Rachael Mindich

Director of Operations

Rachael is MIDIOR Consulting’s Operations and Administration Manager. She manages back office operations and administration for MIDIOR and oversees facilities at the Hiram Sands House, MIDIOR’s historic headquarters in Harvard Square. Her responsibilities run the gamut from administration and marketing support to purchasing and HR. Rachael comes to MIDIOR from The Phoenix Media/Communications Group where she worked for the better part of 20 years directing administration and back office operations. Rachael makes good use of her degree from Brandeis University in Organizational Psychology to keep the MIDIOR team in line and tenants happy. Rachael is very involved with volunteering and fundraising for The Jimmy Fund and for many years was a volunteer at the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. In her spare time, you’ll find Rachael on the sidelines cheering for her two sons playing basketball and baseball or watching them round the turn in track and field.
